Our Story
Welcome to Sole Results, the "go-to" massage business in Tauranga. I specialize in providing a unique portable massage service that targets tension relief and fascial pattern release. With a focus on enhancing your well-being, my services are designed to release years of tension that you have accumulated, leaving you feeling ready to get back on your feet and attack life head first.
I am qualified in deep tissue massage however I have a natural understanding of body responses that sets me a part from the rest; even going as far as being nicknamed by clients "magic hands"! This has been formed by 15 years in pain and learning.
You can also find me at House of Yoga on Newton street (Friday) in Mount Maunganui and Redefined Wellness Hub in Papamoa (Saturday).

What to expect during a treatment?
Expect to breathe...I search for the knots and restrictions that are holding your body hostage; this can be quite overwhelming so breathing and letting go of your tension is the only way forward! I have a natural calibration that works in conjunction to your body responses and i apply necessary pressure to release the restrictions. Your relaxation is my priority so i will guide you through the pricess.
What to expect after the treatment:
After a treatment it is typically a good idea to rest and dink plenty of water. You will likely feel tired from all of the tension we released. You will typically feel lighter.
Pointers:
You have built up tension from creating the habit that is you.. meaning sometimes it isn't easy to let go of; It has taken you a life time after all.
This treatment is a tango, meaning your breath and my pressure work together to achieve maximum results
